Self-Introduction, Purpose
Former "gifted" child with "high potential" beaten bloody by burnout and ever-burgeoning disappointment in my fellow humans. In my mid-30's, unemployed and trying to find meaning and purpose, I plan to use this blog as a personal outlet to organize my thoughts and my own growth.
Having worked multiple jobs in some of the most corrupt industries imaginable (think along the lines of American health insurance, banking, and oil), I can no longer cover my eyes and ears, proclaiming the injustice of it all while collecting a paycheck.
Self-fulfillment is what I seek. And in my searching, I know now that I ache to create; to write, to draw, to paint, to express my mind until my metaphorical voice is hoarse. Any final product I (desperately hope to) share with the world will not be shown here. This is more personal, more private, and more internal.
But if you are here reading this, then welcome to the quiet club. In my musings and in my development, I hope that something here will be good for you.
I chose this platform because I am not looking to monetize my experience. People write differently when they write for money. Also, I will never use generative AI in anything shown here. For better or for worse, everything here is my authentic self.
